About the service

Lume is a price tracking service for online shoppers. It consists of three connected products: a Chrome browser extension, a Telegram bot (@LumepriceBot), and the withlume.org website. All three are free to use and share a common price database.

Operator

Lume is run as an independent project by a solo developer based in Ukraine. There is currently no registered legal entity. If you need a formal counterparty for a partnership or contract, please write to us at [email protected] first - we can arrange the appropriate setup.

Hosting & processing

The service runs on a cloud server located in the EU. Off-site backups are kept on a private device in Ukraine. We don't transfer personal data to third-party marketing services. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how it's used.

Affiliate disclosure

Some outgoing 'Buy' links on the site, in the extension, and in the bot are wrapped with affiliate trackers (for example, Admitad). When you make a purchase through such a link, the store may pay us a small commission. This does not change the price you pay. Affiliate revenue helps cover infrastructure costs. We do not let affiliate relationships influence which stores appear in comparison results.
